How long does it take to receive a response?

Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Ideal, and Bancontact.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after completing your purchase. This email will include the order number (5 digits), order summary, and delivery address.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
Please contact us at info@damstreetwear.com, and we will take care of the change.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free; we cover the costs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order and, if needed, provide additional instructions to the courier.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If you haven't received your order, we apologize. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with your order number. The shipment will take 1-2 business days. You will also receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received this email or the status of the package is unclear, please contact us at info@damstreetwear.com
The tracking indicates that my order was returned, what should I do?
Please contact us at info@damstreetwear.com One of our customer service representatives will check what happened and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
I changed my mind, what should I do?
Changed your mind? No problem. If you let us know within 30 days of receiving the order that you want to return it, we will process a refund within 30 days of receiving the return. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
I want to exchange the product, how can I do that?
You can exchange your order within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. However, you will need to pay minimal shipping fees to receive the desired item, along with the shipping costs to return the original item. Once we receive the returned package, we will ship the new item within 7 days. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
The product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Did you receive a damaged product? Please send a photo of the item along with the order number within 30 days to info@damstreetwear.com, and we will send you a replacement item for free within 7 days of receiving your email.
The item I ordered is unavailable, what should I do?
If you ordered an item listed as “out of stock,” we understand the disappointment. We offer you the option to choose a different size, color, or another item of equal value, so you can find something you like without waiting for the original item to become available. Please email us with your order number, and we will update your order immediately!
I received the wrong order, what should I do?
Received the wrong item? Please send us a photo of the order along with the order number within 30 days to hey@damstreetwear.com, and we will send you the correct item for free within 7 days of receiving your email.
I never received my order, what should I do?
Didn’t receive the item? Please email us with your order number at info@damstreetwear.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
Changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color? If you inform us within 30 minutes of placing the order, we will refund you within 14 days of the cancellation. If you contact us after 30 minutes, you will need to wait for delivery, and then you can proceed with making an exchange or cancellation.
