We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes it’s necessary to return an item. You can return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns: You have the right to return any product purchased within 30 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that purchases made during the "1+1" promotion are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. Also, if you choose to purchase only one item during this promotion without benefiting from the offer, we cannot provide compensation or apply the discount retroactively.
Starting the Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hey@damstreetwear.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return, and, if necessary, any supporting images.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/incorrect product (e.g., color or size). Please note that customs delays, outside of our control, do not constitute a valid reason for initiating a return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a link to obtain the Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to complete the return process.
If the package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong size/color, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a voucher code to use during the return process. For other return reasons not specified above, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to return the item.
Return Issues: Damaged or incorrect items. Incorrect, defective, or damaged items during transit are eligible for return. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. After reviewing the request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please ensure the item is shipped within 14 days of receiving the RA.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If the return is approved, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Exchange Requests: Exchanges are allowed only within the specified period, usually within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We offer exchanges for products of equal value. If there is a price difference, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions to Returns / Non-Returnable Items:
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- No damage: This does not apply to pillowcases; products should not show signs of wear or damage, unless received damaged.
- Bundle Orders: We generally do not accept partial returns for items within a bundle, but customer satisfaction is our priority, and we may make exceptions based on individual circumstances. - Hygiene Products: Certain hygiene products, such as underwear, swimsuits, sleep masks, hair ties, makeup products, and hair care items, are non-returnable. However, if you experience issues with a hygiene product, we are open to alternative solutions.
We may offer a discount, issue a refund in the form of store credit, or facilitate an exchange for another item without additional charges. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

Special Exception: In certain specific cases, we may decide to send you a replacement item without requiring the return of the original item. However, if the replacement product is unsatisfactory, both the original and the replacement items will need to be returned for a refund. Please note that this is a unique exception, and future replacements will only be provided after the return of the items.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns, restocking inventory, and potential depreciation of returned items.
Exemption Conditions: The restocking fee may be waived in specific circumstances, such as:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- An incorrect item was sent and no replacement is available.
- Exemption requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange Processing: Once the returned item is received, we will initiate the exchange process. You will receive a new order number, and the replacement item will be shipped once your exchange request has been reviewed and completed. Please note that exchange processing times may vary.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times. Restocking fees may be deducted if applicable.
Return Address: Returns must be sent to our return address in China. Detailed instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request is approved; shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Changes to the Return Policy: Damstreetwear reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
