Important Notes:

  • Remote areas include Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and similar regions.
  • Delivery times start after the order has shipped and do not include a processing period of up to 4 business days.
  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays.
  • Factors such as customs clearance, local delivery restrictions, and unforeseen logistical challenges may cause delays.

Order Processing & Shipment Tracking

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days before being shipped.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable) once their order is dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take several days to reflect movement, depending on the carrier's processing times.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes all relevant details such as apartment/unit numbers, building names, street names, postal codes, and country information.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.

Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to complete delivery. We are not responsible for delays, stolen packages, or misdeliveries once the package is in transit. Any issues should be reported directly to the local postal service or courier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Since all orders include free shipping, we strive to work with the most reliable carriers. However, once an order has been handed to the shipping service, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, building management, or front desk personnel.
  • Waiting 24-48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered in advance.
  • Contacting the local postal service or shipping provider for additional details.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
  • If a package is returned due to customs refusal, incorrect address, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.
